Il est idéal pour les étudiants puisqu'il se trouve a 1 min de la fabrique (Ulaval) et a 1 min de l'arrêt de la 801 qui se rend directement a l'université dans moins de 20 min. Le loyer comprend tout les services ainsi que l'internet. L'appartement ainsi que la chambre seront entièrement meublés.
