Hello - We are 2 looking to swap our extremely roomy midtown west Manhattan duplex for a ski trip to Quebec over the New Year's holiday.
Come experience New Year's Eve in Time's Square - we are blocks away from the center of it all - on 52nd and 9th - minutes walk to Time's Square, Central Park, Lincoln Center, the Theatre District, the Intrepid, MOMA, Columbus Circle, an infinite number of restaurants, etc. We'd love to swap for a stay in beautiful Quebec City or nearby. Our apartment is a very large duplex (two floors) that we share with a couple. Ours is the bottom level - a huge bedroom and half bath (225sq ft), second bedroom/office (160sq ft), and private downstairs entrance. The upper level (by way of a circular stair case) has a full kitchen, living room/dining room with Large HD flatscreen, two full baths, and bedroom where the couple stays, plus an outdoor garden in the back. (Also wireless internet in all rooms.) The apartment is very quite and roomy in the back of the building – you won’t know you’re in midtown Manhattan until you walk out the front of the building. Our housemates are life long friends, very nice, and rarely at home. You would have the bottom level all to yourselves: one bedroom with large flat-screen TV, one office with small flat screen and rollout guest bed/sofa, half bath, the private entrance plus use of the upstairs including the top level entrance (if you preferred), use of the kitchen, one of two full baths (one dedicated just for you), living room, dining room, and garden (if it gets warm enough to use). We are looking for anytime between Dec. 30th and Jan. 13th - ideally 5 - 7 days, but negotiable. Will have more pictures soon - we're going through a mini-renovation at the moment (new paint and new furniture) in time for the holidays, so it will be perfect when you get here! This is a great apartment and perfect location. Looking forward to hearing from you.
